Fort Nelson is located in northern British Columbia, Canada. It is about 1000 miles north of the Canada/US border. It has a population of about 6000 and it very busy with Oil and Gas activity and logging during the winter. During Summer the swarms of tourists heading to and from Alaska travel through.

We live 12 miles outside of town on a farm, where it is quiet and peaceful.
